Lots of learning, curiosity, exploration and big smiles from Team Nidd in Forest School 🌸🍃🌞🐌
Year 5 kicked off a new Spanish topic today, learning how to conjugate the verb “to live” 🇪🇸
It was a lively session full of enthusiasm, with children “ping-ponging” sentences to each other to practise.
Fantastic energy and confidence—¡muy bien! 👏
Team Aire have been busting some moves when learning left, right, forwards and backwards. 💃🕺 #staynormaths
When KS1 have worked hard all day, a reading session outside in the lovely fresh air is the perfect end to the day.
In KS1 PE, we’ve been enjoying exciting running games! 🏃♀️🏃♂️
The children practised changing direction and speed, helping to develop agility, balance and spatial awareness. These games also support cognitive skills like impulse control and strategic thinking.
A great way to build fitness, coordination and prepare for future sports! 💪
Well done to all of our Staynor Superstars 🌟
🇪🇸Year 5 have been building their confidence in Spanish by playing a fun game of Flippity! 🇪🇸
They’ve been practising conjugating verbs in an engaging way, helping them remember and use their learning with more confidence. ¡Buen trabajo! 👏
